Q: I am not sure what all the sizes mean - can you help?
A: Extra Small or Baby Hair Bow are made using 5/8" width ribbon and are about 2" wide.
Small or Toddler Hair Bows are made using 7/8" width ribbon and are about 3" wide.
Medium or Little Girl Hair Bows are made using 1 1/2" width ribbon and are about 4" wide.
Large or Big Girl Hair Bows are made using 1 1/2" width ribbon and are about 5" wide.
Extra Large or Bowdacious Hair Bows are made using 2 1/4" width ribbon and are about 6" wide.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Orders totaling $0-$49.99 - $2.50 for First Class Mail, $5.50 for Priority Mail
Orders totaling over $50.00 FREE for First Class Mail, $5.50 -$13.00 for Priority Mail
Q: I am confused about the hair part. Which way should I tell you?
A: Yes, this is a very confusing topic! The picture below will help guide you. If you still have concerns, please email me at rachel@mybowdaciousdesigns.com
Q: Do you treat the ends of the ribbon to prevent fraying? If so, what do you use?
A: Yes! I do treat the ends of the ribbon to prevent fraying (even the korkers!) I use a heat tool to seal the edges of the ribbon. If gives a clean look and the ribbon will never fray!
Q: What are the hardware choices? What do they look like?

Q: What is an alligator clip with grip?
A; The alligator clip with grip is used for those who need a little help keeping bows or clippies in their hair. I would actually suggest it for all using alligator clips. I use a piece of rubber grip fabric and attach it to the top underside of the clip. You can do this with all your clips to help it stay! (I have used velcro in the past but found that hair gets caught easily in it. The rubber grip is gentle and does the same trick!)

Q: How long does it take to get an order?
A: It depends on what you purchase. Monogram items will take 2-3 weeks to create while some bows may take just a few days. Please email if you are concerned about your order! I will be happy to tell you it's status and when to expect shipment! rachel@mybowdaciousdesigns.com
Q:Can I pay with a Credit or Debit Card?
A: Yes! You have 2 options:
1.) Once you have completed your order, click on the PayPal Express Checkout Button. You will be taken to PayPal's site. Once there look to the left side of the screen and click to get an account, click on it. On that page you will see a place to enter you credit/debit information. You do not have to sign up for an account. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
2.) Once you have completed your order click the "Continue>>" button (First button on the left - bottom of the cart), confirm shipping/quote information, and then choose Credit/Debit Card for payment processing. You will be taken to PayPal's site. Once there look to the left side of the screen and click that you do not have a PayPal account and it will ask you to enter your credit/debit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
